1 Definitions and Interpretation
The following words and terms used in this terms and conditions document ("Terms") shall apply in the meanings described below:
- "Platform" means the tkclub website and all services, games, and betting facilities provided on it.
- "User" or "Member" means any person registered on the Platform who is legitimately operating an account.
- "Account" means the individual registered account of each member.
- "Bonus" means any promotional benefit, free spins, or cashback offered by tkclub.
- "Real Money" means actual funds deposited into a user's account.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the obligation to place a specified amount of bets before bonus funds may be withdrawn.
2 Eligibility and Registration
The following conditions must be met in order to register and use the tkclub platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21.
- You must register with completely accurate and truthful information. Providing false information may result in account closure.
- Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- The email address and phone number provided at registration must be your own.
- You must confirm that online gambling is not illegal or prohibited in your jurisdiction.
2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)
tkclub may at any time request a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other documents to verify a user's identity. Identity verification may be required before withdrawals can be processed. Failure to provide the required documents in a timely manner may result in the account being temporarily suspended.
3 Account Security
The user is fully responsible for the security of their account. The following must be observed:
- Your login password must be kept strictly confidential. It must not be shared with any other person.
- Transferring, selling, or renting your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
- Operating your account through a third party is not permitted.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact support immediately.
- You must log out after using a public or shared device.
The user is fully responsible for all activities carried out from their account. tkclub is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access, but any such report will be investigated promptly.
4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit
The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at tkclub: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
- You must use a payment method registered in your own name when making a deposit.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and any such transactions will be cancelled.
- After a successful deposit, funds are generally added to the account instantly.
- If there is a problem with a transaction, contact support with proof.
4.2 Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The following conditions apply:
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, where applicable.
- The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Withdrawal requests may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- tkclub may temporarily hold a withdrawal in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.
- Any applicable banking fees on each withdrawal may be borne by the user.

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy
5.1 Welcome Bonus
tkclub offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit. The maximum amount of this bonus is ৳8,000.
For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and your total balance will be ৳26,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must place bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- A specific time limit applies for completing the wagering requirement. Details will be stated on the promotions page.
- Not all games may count toward wagering at the same rate. Contact support for information on the contribution rate of specific games.
- If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active, the bonus will be cancelled.
5.3 VIP Cashback
tkclub's VIP program has four tiers and weekly cashback is provided:
- Bronze tier: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
- Silver tier: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
- Gold tier: up to 1.1% cashback per week.
- Platinum tier: up to 1.5% cashback per week.
You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular play. VIP benefits and cashback may be changed at tkclub's discretion.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
All games and betting activities on tkclub follow the rules below:
- The outcome of all games is determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG), which is fair and impartial.
- Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, however tkclub reserves the right to make a decision in the event of a technical error.
- Live casino games are operated under the own rules of third-party providers (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and others).
- In sports betting, official results will be considered final.
- If a game is interrupted due to network issues or disconnection, tkclub will settle it according to its records.
6.1 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to various games. These limits are clearly stated in the game interface. When a bonus is active, bet limits on certain games may differ — please refer to the promotion's terms.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkclub platform. If these prohibitions are violated, the account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited:
- Operating multiple accounts or claiming bonus benefits more than once.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Hacking, manipulation, or any other intrusion into the platform's software or game engine.
- Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Harassing, defrauding, or intimidating other members.
- Any attempt to circumvent the platform's security measures.
- Providing false identity or documents.
- Deliberately exploiting system or promotion vulnerabilities (Bonus Abuse).
8 Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by tkclub
tkclub reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Providing false information during identity verification.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- In accordance with a court order or directive from a regulatory authority.
- In the case of an account that has been inactive for an extended period (specific policy applies).
8.2 Closure by User
You can request account closure at any time via live chat or email. For self-exclusion, please contact the Responsible Gaming section. Any available balance at the time of closure (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be returned.

- Temporary service interruptions due to unexpected technical errors.
- Indirect or consequential losses.
